Unixia is registered with the Ordre des experts-comptables du Maroc and undertakes audit and statutory-auditor assignments in accordance with generally accepted professional standards. Our formal opinion on the financial statements is intended to provide assurance that they contain no error or omission that could materially affect the financial position or the results of operations. In an audit assignment we also make recommendations on internal-control and accounting systems. We carry out contractual audits as required: assistance with acquisitions (transaction services), targeted acquisition audits, mergers, support for financial restructuring and the treatment of corporate difficulties, valuations, fairness opinions, validation of forecast accounts and work relating to financial markets.
