01Data collected

We collect only the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

No browsing data is used for advertising and no third-party tracker is placed without your consent.

02Purpose

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where appropriate, to prepare a proposal. By sending the form, you accept this use.

03Retention

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than three years after the last contact. Data relating to client files is kept for the statutory period applicable to accountancy and audit assignments.

04Recipients

Your data is accessible only to staff assigned to your request, who are bound by professional secrecy. It is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

05Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification and objection. Send your request to contact@unixia.ma.

You may also refer the matter to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP).

06Security

Access to files is nominative and limited to people in charge of the assignment. For any security question, write to contact@unixia.ma.
